Deputy of the Brovary city council of the 7th convocation, member of the Kyiv territorial organization of the "European Solidarit"y political party.

Bohdana Drach, a deputy of the Brovary city council, took a direct part in the raiding of UOC churches in the Brovary district of the Kyiv region.

Drach helped the OCU criminal groups to falsify documents for the religious communities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and also provided force support.

Moreover, the deputy was personally present during the attacks on believers and churches, illegally entered the territory with the raiders and looted churches.

🔴 On December 18, 2022, in Trebukhiv , Kyiv region, OCU activists once again tried to seize the Assumption Church of the UOC.

UOC believers pray inside the church fence, and OCU activists gathered in front of the church fence.

Cooperation with the criminal group was promised by the UTC’s head Igor Sapozhko, and the chief of the police in the Brovary district, Kirill Samoilenko. This was told by Bohdana Drach, a deputy from "European Solidarity", who was personally present at the scene of the events.

According to Drach, supporters of the OCU with a package of "documents" came in the morning to the Intercession Church of the UOC, which they are trying to seize from July 2022. They were confident that they would be able to take the shrine, because the UTC’s head Sapozhko and the chief of the police Samoilenko promised to come and help in capturing the temple, but they did not come and did we send reinforcements.

"Ihor Vasilievich called on the deputies of the city council to come and help us. Except for the deputies of the "EU" faction, there is no one. There is no Igor Vasilievich, no headman Andrey, no UTC’s representatives from Trebukhiv village. Will they help us? Who do they even work for?” - MP Drach was outraged.

She said that she agreed with Samoilenko that he would help the criminals "organize everything" and "enter the temple", however, when Drach called him in the morning, he offered to "come and solve the issues on the spot in a working order."

As a result, OCU raiders went away, promising to come the following Sunday.

UOC believers prayed in front of the church, and then served a Sunday liturgy.

🔴 On April 22, 2023, OCU activists and Drach, with the help of a grinder, captured the Intercession Church of the UOC in the village of Trebukhiv .

People dressed in military uniforms helped OCU activists commit the act of raiding.

Parishioners tried to stop the attackers, while the police remained inactive.

Children and women of the UOC community, under the protection of a few men, gathered in the refectory, where the divine service was held that day. The dining room was also captured by criminals.

In addition, OCU raiders, together with persons in military uniform, captured the priest's house, in which there were minor children.

After capturing the church in Trebukhiv, raiders publicly desecrated the Gospel and other church books.

The blasphemers took the Holy Scriptures and other church literature out of the church, called these books garbage, put them in the children's car and continued to say various blasphemous words about these books.

The perpetrators photographed and recorded their actions on video. One of the most active participants in these actions, Yaroslav Bondarenko, an OCU supporter, published a video of the mockery of the Bible on his Facebook page.

Bondarenko, next to whom Drach was located, called the Bible and Orthodox prayer books found in the church as "garbage" that will be "utilized." Bondarenko told about this in a video posted on his Facebook page.

"We found trash here," said Bondarenko, showing the Bible to the camera. - I think we will give this book to Bohdana (Drach, deputy of the Brovar city council, - Ed.), she will destroy it."

Bondarenko also demonstrated a stack of Orthodox prayer books with canons and a sequence of Holy Communion.

"Here the girls found Katsap guidebooks. It's also garbage," the activist said.

🔴 On April 13, 2024, a group of OCU activists and representatives of local authorities organized an illegal meeting of the territorial community in Brovary.
The goal of the criminals was the UOC temple and the parish of St. Martyr Dimitriy of Thessaloniky.

The criminals acted according to the classic scheme. They organized a meeting of the territorial community, at which people who have no relations to the parish of the church vote for "transfer to the OCU".

The illegal assembly was headed by Drach.

Local residents testify that the deputy herself is Greek-Catholic, which indicates the impossibility of her participation in any initiative of the religious community of the Orthodox Church.
Drach and other accomplices did not even recognize the real parishioners of the church who came to record the violations.

🔴 On February 14, 2026, Drach became an accomplice in the raider capture of the UOC St. John's Church in Kyiv city.

The deputy and OCU raiders publicly used rhetoric of hatred against the UOC believers, organized harassment against the parishioners of the church.

In addition, Drach discriminated against the parishioners of the church on the basis of language and religion.
